Edward
J. Graham is chairman, president and
chief executive officer of South Jersey
Industries. He also holds the titles
of director, president and chief executive
officer of South Jersey Gas Company and
president of South Jersey Resources Group,
LLC and Marina Energy LLC, all subsidiaries
of South Jersey Industries.
Graham joined the company in 1981 and
held various professional and managerial
positions prior to election as an officer
of South Jersey Gas in 1988. Graham’s
previous employers include the Golden
Nugget, Inc. and Midlantic Banks, Inc.
An alumnus of Rider University for his
under graduate degree, Graham holds a
Master of Business Administration degree
in finance and investment from Drexel
University. Graham holds an appointed
position on New Jersey Governor Corzine’s
Budget Steering Committee. He is also
vice-chairman of the New Jersey Commission
on Higher Education, serves on the board
of directors of the American Gas Association,
New Jersey Utilities Association, the
New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company,
the New Jersey Business & Industry
Association, the Atlantic City Chamber
of Commerce and is a member of the William
J. Hughes Center for Public Policy.
In addition, Graham is chairman of the
Rowan University Foundation Board, is
a trustee of The Foundation of the New
Jersey Alliance for Action, served as
chairman for the 2007 Heart Walk and
was honorary chairperson of the 10th
Annual Special Olympics Fall Classic.
Graham was also named as business honoree
for the Rowan University chapter of the
Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.

E. DuBois |

Jeff
is vice president of South Jersey Industries
and senior vice president & chief operating
officer of South Jersey Gas. He oversees
SJG’s
customer services, sales, divisional
and pipeline operations and engineering
functions. Jeff joined South Jersey Gas
in 1987 as a member of the company’s
sales team. During his career he has
held management positions in Sales, Gas
Supply and Off-System Sales. In 2002
Jeff became an officer of SJG. In 2004
he became and SJI officer and in 2006,
he assumed his current position with
SJG.
Jeff is a member of
the American Gas Association’s
Leadership Council, serves on the Cumberland
County College board of trustees and
board of directors of Ronald McDonald
House of Southern New Jersey. He’s
also a member of the Southern New Jersey
Development Council. Jeff holds a bachelor’s
degree in Industrial Technology from
Rowan University. |

A. Kindlick |

Dave
is vice president and chief financial officer
of South Jersey Industries and senior vice
president and chief financial officer of
South Jersey Gas. In those positions he
oversees Rates & Regulatory Affairs,
Accounting, Risk Management, Taxes, Corporate
Finance, Shareholder Records and Investor
Relations. He is also responsible for all
corporate finance matters.
He is on the board
of directors of the Food Bank of South
Jersey. Dave serves on the executive
advisory council of Rutgers University
Camden School of Business. He is a member
of the Virtua Health System board of
directors and is Chairman of its Finance
and Investment Committee. He is also
a member of Virtua Hospital Foundation’s
board of directors, as well as its treasurer.
Dave is a member of American Gas Association’s
finance committee; a member of New
Jersey Business & Industry Assocation’s
energy council; a member of New Jersey
State Chamber of Commerce’s energy
council and a member of the New Jersey
Utilities Association’s rates & regulatory
committee. Dave holds a bachelor’s
degree from The College of New Jersey
and a master’s degree from Drexel
University. |

J. Renna |

Mike
is vice president of South Jersey Industries;
president of South Jersey Energy; chief
operating officer of South Jersey Energy
Solutions; and vice president, chief operating
officer of Marina Energy. In these positions,
he is responsible for the financial and
operational performance of South Jersey
Energy solutions and its subsidiary companies.
Mike joined SJI in 1998 as manager, products & services
development and has held several management
and officer positions in the non-regulated
businesses. In 2004 he was elected to the
positions he currently holds in SJI and
SJE. In 2006 he was elected to his positions
in SJES and Marina.
Mike is on the board
of directors of the Chamber of Commerce
Southern New Jersey and of the Greater
Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in finance
from the University of Delaware and an
MBA from Cornell University. |
| Kevin
D. Patrick |

Kevin
is vice president of research and corporate
development for South Jersey Industries. In
this position, he oversees corporate development,
business, product and peer company research,
strategic and financial business planning
and enterprise performance analysis.
Kevin joined SJI in 2007
bringing over 20 years experience in
corporate planning and development to
the company. Most recently, he
served as vice president and CFO for
the $5 billion eastern division of Albertsons,
Inc. Prior to that, he was the
assistant vice president of corporate
planning and development for Brown-Forman
Corporation and he served as director
of corporate planning & development
for Citizens Communication Company.
Kevin
holds a BBA in finance from Connecticut State University, Ancell School of Business and an MBA from
the University of Connecticut.
He is a member of Financial Executives
International, American Statistical
Association and a board member for
Philabundance, the Philadelphia based food-rescue organization.
Kevin also serves as a member of the
American Gas Association’s Technology
committee as well as a member of AGA’s
Strategic Policy Planners Forum. |

Merritt-Epps,
Esq. |

As
corporate counsel and secretary for South
Jersey Industries, Gina Merritt-Epps
provides general legal counsel to SJI
and its subsidiaries and is responsible
for corporate governance and the overall
corporate secretary function.
Gina first joined SJI in 2006 as director
of legal services. Through her hard work
and commitment to success, she progressed
quickly, and in 2008 was appointed assistant
general counsel and assistant secretary.
She was elected to her current positions
in 2009. Prior to working at SJI, Gina
was employed as assistant county counsel
for the Atlantic County Department of
Law.
An alumna of Pennsylvania State University,
where she earned her undergraduate degree
in political science, Gina also holds
a Juris Doctor from Howard University
School of Law.
She is member of the Society of Corporate
Secretaries and Governance Professionals,
the National Association of Corporate
Directors, the Energy Bar Association,
and the American Association of Blacks
in Energy.
She serves on
the American Gas Association’s
Legal Committee, the District I Ethics
Committee for the Supreme Court of New
Jersey and is a member of the board of
directors for the Association of Corporate
Counsel, Delaware Valley Chapter. Additionally,
she is a member of the Judicial and Prosecutorial
Appointment Committee for Atlantic County,
New Jersey and a trustee of the Atlantic
County Bar Association.
Gina’s passion for giving back
to the community is reflected in her
service to a number of civic and community
organizations. She serves on the board
of directors for the United Way of Atlantic
County and is a charter member of the
Women’s Leadership Initiative of
that United Way. She is also a member
of the Atlantic City Graduate Chapter
of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the
Forum of Executive Women and is on the
board of trustees for the AtlantiCare
Foundation.

| Sharon
M. Pennington, Esq. |

Sharon
is chief operating officer of SJI Services.
In this position she has overall responsibility
for human resources, information technology,
administrative services, insurance and
corporate communications. Sharon joined
South Jersey Gas in 2002 as director, Human
Resources and was elected assistant vice
president of that function in 2004. In
2007, she was elected vice president, human
resources and information technology; and
in January 2008 was promoted to her current
position.
Prior to joining the
company, Sharon held positions within
the casino industry over a 6-year period
with increasing responsibility and accountability.
Sharon serves on the
board of directors of both ARC of Atlantic
County and the Community Food Bank. She
is also a member of the New Jersey Utilities
Association Human Resources Policy Committee
and a member of the Society of Human
Resources Management. Sharon has a bachelor’s
degree from Rowan University and a Juris
Doctor from Rutgers University School
of Law. |
