FOLSOM, N.J. -- South Jersey Industries
(NYSE: SJI)
today declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.365 for the
third quarter of 2000. The dividend is payable October 2, 2000,
to shareholders of record at the close of business September 11,
2000. This is SJI’s 49th consecutive year paying dividends
in either cash or stock.
