FOLSOM, N.J. -- Chairman
Charles Biscieglia announced the election of Keith S. Campbell
to South Jersey Industries' Board of Directors. He has served
on the board of South Jersey Energy, an SJI subsidiary, since
November 1999.
Campbell is Chairman of the Board for Mannington Mills, Inc. located
in Salem, N.J. Mannington Mills is a leading manufacturer of hard
and soft surface flooring for every type of residential and commercial
setting.
"Over the past year Keith's guidance on South Jersey Energy's
Board has been extremely valuable particularly because of his
background and experience in marketing in a competitive industry,"
said Biscieglia. Campbell's career with Mannington Mills has spanned
23 years and encompasses various management and officer level
positions within the sales and marketing function.
Campbell is also a leader in his community as well as in the southern
New Jersey region as a trustee of: United Way of Salem County;
John B. Campbell Center; the Memorial Hospital of Salem County;
and the Rowan University Capital Campaign Committee. In addition,
he serves as Chairman of New Jobs, Inc.
Campbell holds a bachelor's degree from Muskingum College where
he now serves on the fundraising committee. He and his wife Shirley
reside in Salem, N.J. with their three children.
