FOLSOM, N.J. -- South Jersey Industries declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.37 for the third quarter of 2001. The dividend is payable October 2, 2001 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 10, 2001. This is South Jersey Industries' 50th consecutive year paying dividends in either cash or stock.
