Marina Energy LLC/South Jersey Industries Ground Breaking Ceremony for Marina Thermal Facility serving the Renaissance Pointe Area of new casino development in Atlantic City. The new $40 million, 26,000 square foot facility, expected to open in July, 2003, will provide hot and chilled water necessary for all of the new Borgata casino's heating, cooling, domestic hot water and kitchen use.
