LOCAL PLUMBERS GET LESSON IN NATURAL GAS DEREGULATION
FOLSOM, N.J. -- "Natural gas deregulation is
great news for consumers in New Jersey" said Joe Scheufele.
In remarks before members of the New Jersey State League of Master
Plumbers in Vineland, the director of marketing for South Jersey
Industries spoke about the key role plumbers and other contractors
will play in educating customers about deregulation. "Now
with deregulation there are many more choices that can be made
by the customer", remarked Scheufele. "Energy Choice
is uncharted territory for everyone. This is particularly true
in this area of Southern New Jersey which is experiencing substantial
new home construction and where many homeowners are converting
their systems to natural gas. Understanding the energy choices
available to customers and being able to educate them can give
plumbers a significant competitive business advantage."
