FOLSOM, N.J. -- Charles
Biscieglia, chairman, president and CEO of South Jersey Industries,
announced the following organizational changes at SJI and South
Jersey Gas its subsidiary. These changes will become effective
on January 1, 2002.
Edward J. Graham was elected
executive vice president and chief operating officer from vice
president, South Jersey Industries. In this position, Graham will
be responsible for the day- to- day operations of SJIs non-regulated
subsidiary companies while continuing to serve as the president
of South Jersey Energy. Graham, who holds an M.B.A. from Drexel
University, joined the company in 1981. He and his family reside
in Washington Township, New Jersey.
David A. Kindlick was elected vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer of South Jersey Industries. He was also elected executive vice president and chief financial officer of South Jersey Gas from senior vice president, finance and rates, treasurer. Kindlick, who joined the company in 1979, holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University. He resides in Voorhees, New Jersey with his wife, Janet and their family.
Michael J. Renna was elected assistant vice president. Renna will be responsible for South Jersey Industries sales and marketing functions. He most recently served as director, business and product development. Renna, who joined the company in 1998, holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University. He resides in Medford, New Jersey with his wife Laura and their two sons.
Biscieglia also announced the following organizational changes at South Jersey Gas effective January 1, 2002.
Richard J. Jackson was elected executive vice president and chief operating officer from senior vice president, operations. Jackson, who joined the company in 1986, holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University. He and his wife, Josephine, reside in Linwood, New Jersey.
Albert V. Ruggiero was elected executive vice president and chief administrative officer from senior vice president, corporate development. Ruggiero will continue to serve as vice president of South Jersey Industries. Ruggiero, who holds an M.B.A. from Monmouth College, joined the company in 1989. He and his wife, Gail, reside in Linwood, New Jersey.
Janet T. Nickels was elected senior vice president, customer services and external affairs. Nickels, who most recently served as senior vice president, gas sales and customer services, joined the company in 1977. She holds an M.B.A. from Monmouth College. Nickels resides in Mays Landing, New Jersey with her husband, Joe, and their family.
Charles F. Dippo was elected vice president, engineering services from assistant vice president, engineering services. Dippo is a licensed New Jersey professional engineer and holds a masters of science degree in engineering management from Drexel University. Dippo joined the company in 1979. He resides in Sewell, New Jersey with his wife, Diana and three daughters.
Stephen H. Clark was elected treasurer. He will continue to serve as the director of investor relations for South Jersey industries. Clark, who holds an M.B.A. in finance from the College of William and Mary, joined the company in 1997. He resides with his wife, Liz, and their family in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
Bonnie J. Bornstein was elected assistant vice president, customer services from director, customer services. Since joining the company in 1973, Bornstein has held various positions in the marketing department and customer care center. She and her husband, Arnold, reside in Lumberton, New Jersey.
Thomas S. Kavanaugh was elected controller from director, general accounting. He will continue to serve as director, general accounting and taxes for South Jersey Industries. Kavanaugh, who joined the company in 1991, holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. He is also a certified public accountant. Kavanaugh resides with his family in Marlton, New Jersey.
Jeffrey E. Dubois was elected assistant vice president of gas supply and off system sales from director of gas supply and off system sales. DuBois, who joined the company in 1987, holds a bachelors degree in industrial technology from Rowan University. He resides in Millville, New Jersey with his wife, MaryBeth and their daughters.
