South Jersey Gas Recognized by American Gas Association for Safety Performance

FOLSOM, N.J. – April 3, 2020 – South Jersey Gas, a subsidiary of SJI (NYSE: SJI), was recognized today by the American Gas Association as a 2019 Industry Leader Accident Prevention.

Utilities recognized with this distinction have a Days Away Restricted or Transferred (DART) rate below the industry average within their peer group. South Jersey Gas is one of only seven large local gas distribution companies in the nation to achieve this recognition.
