Grand opening for Marina Energy Thermal Facility serving the Renaissance Pointe area of new casino development in Atlantic City. The new $50 million, 26,000 square foot facility, a key component in the development of the Renaissance Pointe area, will provide hot and chilled water necessary for all of The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa's heating, cooling, domestic hot water and kitchen use.
