SJI DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
FOLSOM, N.J. -- South Jersey Industries declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.375 for the third quarter of 2002. The dividend is payable October 2, 2002 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 10, 2002. This is South Jersey Industries’ 51st consecutive year of paying dividends, reflecting our commitment to consistent, sustainable growth.
