RENNA ELECTED PRESIDENT OF SOUTH JERSEY ENERGY
FOLSOM, N.J. -- Charles Biscieglia, chairman and CEO of South Jersey Industries, announced that Michael J. Renna was elected president of South Jersey Energy a subsidiary of South Jersey Industries. The promotion is effective January 1, 2004.
"Mike has clearly demonstrated over the last 5 years that he has the leadership skills and experience that are necessary to lead SJE in a very competitive environment," said Biscieglia.
Renna , who formerly served as SJE vice president, joined the company in 1998. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University. Renna resides in Medford, New Jersey with his wife, Laura and their three children. "I am honored to have the opportunity to lead such a dynamic organization," said Renna. "I am certain that with the talented and experienced team we have in place that we will continue to be successful."
