SJI Forms South Jersey Energy Solutions, LLC
New Company Becomes Umbrella Company for Non-Regulated Subsidiaries 

         FOLSOM, N.J. – In a strategic move designed to enable SJI’s non-regulated subsidiaries to more effectively compete in new and existing markets, SJI has formed South Jersey Energy Solutions, LLC.

         South Jersey Energy Solutions, LLC will include the following SJI companies: Millennium Account Services; South Jersey Energy; South Jersey Resources Group; South Jersey Energy Service Plus and Marina Energy. COO Michael Renna will direct the company’s daily operations and report to SJI Chairman, President & CEO Edward Graham.

         “This new structure will allow our non-regulated companies to become more efficient operationally and to maximize their effectiveness in the marketplace by taking advantage of their natural synergies”, said Graham.

         Renna will lead a management team that includes:

         Kenneth DePriest, vice president, South Jersey Resources Group;

         Robert Fatzinger, vice president, South Jersey Energy Service Plus;

         David Robbins, treasurer;

         and

         Jane Kelly, general counsel & secretary.
