Jane F. Kelly, Esq. Named One of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business
Folsom, NJ — Jane F. Kelly, vice president, general counsel and secretary for SJI Services, LLC was recently named as one of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ magazine.
The Best 50 Women in Business award program honors New Jersey’s most dynamic women business leaders who have been making headlines in their field. The awards recognize the impact women in business and business leaders have made in creating jobs and building communities in New Jersey. Kelly was selected based on her dedication to business growth, professional and personal accomplishments, community involvement and advocacy for women in business.
With over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors, Kelly has been instrumental in advising on legal and legislative matters, formulating policy and solving complex problems affecting the utility industry and energy use and conservation efforts in New Jersey. As an officer of one of the largest utility holding companies in South Jersey, Kelly interacts with local and state government officials, ensures corporate and environmental compliance, monitors and crafts legislative and regulatory measures impacting the company and directs the government relations department, corporate communications staff and press office of SJI Services, a subsidiary of South Jersey Industries.
