SJI Honored at United Way Award Celebration

NJ - On Tuesday, April 7, SJI was awarded the Community
Champions Cup at the United Way of Atlantic County’s
Annual Meeting and Campaign Award Celebration. The Community
Champions Cup is the United Way of Atlantic County’s
highest honor and is presented to the company or organization
that has displayed an outstanding dedication to United Way
of Atlantic County and the community. SJI was also honored
with the Leadership Award, the Champion Award and the Corporate
Gold Award, all in recognition of the company’s successful
workplace campaign. SJI’s 2008 Campaign Chair, Abby
Hickerson, was presented with the Alan Angelo Award, in recognition
of her leadership and contributions during the campaign.
