NJ – ACR Energy Partners, LLC is proud to announce an agreement to provide all hot water for domestic water heating and conditioned space heating, chilled water for cooling, and standby electricity for Revel Entertainment Group, LLC’s beachfront entertainment resort, presently under construction at the northern end of Atlantic City’s boardwalk. Upon opening in mid-2012, Revel’s energy needs will be provided from a new district energy center to be constructed by ACR, located in the inlet area adjacent to Revel. ACR also plans to provide energy services from the new district energy center to other customers in the inlet area. ACR Energy Partners is a wholly owned subsidiary of Energenic, LLC.
“With offices in New Jersey and Nevada, Energenic is a leader in the design, development, construction and operation of large-scale energy projects for entertainment gaming facilities,” said Frank E. DiCola, president of Energenic. “The Revel project is expected to be a premiere Atlantic City gaming destination and we are delighted that Energenic has once again been selected to provide energy solutions for this exciting development.”
The approximately $160 million ACR district central energy facility project will be constructed by DCO Energy, LLC. The facility will be fully operational by March 2012 to provide energy for Revel’s needs.
