Hammonton, NJ - South Jersey Energy Solutions today announced the kick-off of its “Energy for the Arts” grants program. The company will be providing 15, $1,000 grants designed to provide support for competitive art programs for school aged children.
Eligible applicants must be school-based, competitive art programs serving any or all children within the age boundaries of grades K-12; must serve children within the seven lower counties (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem); and include programs such as: Visual Art, Drama/Theatre, Music, Dance, and Media Arts. Applicants who meet the criteria of the grant will be selected randomly through a lottery system and announced on September 27.
