J.D. Power: Elizabethtown Gas Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Sixth Consecutive Year

UNION, N.J. –Sept. 3, 2020 – For the sixth consecutive year, Elizabethtown Gas ranks highest in customer satisfaction with residential natural gas service in the East among midsize utilities, according to the J.D. Power 2020 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.

Elizabethtown Gas earned a 772 point customer service rating out of 1,000 point-scale, a 13-point improvement from the previous year. The company led all midsize utilities in the East in three factors, including price, communications and corporate citizenship. Results are based on responses from online surveys between September 2019 and July 2020.
