This National Employee Appreciation Day, SJI hosted an event to recognize the service and dedication of our more than 1,200 employees. From marketing to field operations to engineering, there are several important career paths available for those who choose to work here at SJI. Our team of professionals strives to deliver safe, reliable, affordable energy to communities throughout New Jersey while driving innovation and supporting SJI’s mission to create a cleaner energy future. The National Employee Appreciation Day event included lunch, giveaways, and raffle prizes.

As a committed community partner, SJI contributes countless volunteer hours to programs that benefit the communities we serve. Employees at the event participated in the Wheels for the World program, building bikes that will be donated to Better Tomorrows and given to deserving children in SJI’s service territory.

SJI’s National Employee Appreciation Day event also included a Town Hall, where leadership shared business updates and introduced refreshed company goals under the theme, “Built on Trust. Built for the Future.”
