How can I log in to the meeting?
What will I need in order to log into the virtual meeting?
You can log into the virtual meeting as a guest by entering your name and email address in the log in screen. In order to have full access of the virtual meeting as a shareholder, you will need your control number. This will provide you access to vote and ask questions during the meeting. Your 16-digit control number can be found on your proxy materials.
How can I test to make sure the meeting will work on my device?
You can test to make sure the meeting will work on your device by visiting virtualshareholdermeeting.com/SJI2020. Then, click on “Click here to test your browser’s video capability” and follow the prompts on your screen.
Will I be able to ask questions during the virtual meeting?
By default, shareholders will attend the virtual meeting via the virtual meeting website. Shareholders can submit questions once you are logged into the virtual meeting. You may also submit your question ahead of time when you go online to vote at proxyvote.com, then click on the “Submit Question” box under “Submit a Question for Management” section at proxyvote.com.
Can guests log in?
Yes. Guests can log in. However, guests are not permitted to ask questions or vote during the virtual meeting.
Can I vote during the virtual shareholder meeting?
Yes, you will be able to vote your shares during the virtual meeting. You will need to have your control number available to log into the virtual meeting as a shareholder to have access to voting capabilities during the virtual meeting.
Note: If you voted prior to the virtual meeting and then vote again through the virtual meeting website it will update and record your most recently casted vote.
Is there a phone number to call in order to listen to the virtual meeting?
No, the only way to access this year’s shareholder meeting is by visiting virtualshareholdermeeting.com/SJI2020. This will be an audio only meeting.
